QUALIFICATIONS: Strong personal discipline and excellent hand-eye coordination and exceptionally quick reflexes. Be highly accurate and detail oriented, superb data analysis skills with good understanding of mathematics and of human psychology. Experience in the financial industry and investment banking as trader, researcher, analyst or broker is a big plus.
